Simple satay sauce

Ingredients
- 75g Asda crunchy peanut butter
- 125ml vegetable stock
- 2tsp Asda sweet chilli sauce
- 2tsp light soy sauce
- 2tsp lemon juice
Method
1 Put the peanut butter and stock into a small pan and stir over a low heat until the peanut butter melts.2 Add the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice. Simmer for 1 minute until smooth and thick.
